Insurance Claims

We are able to submit claims for some insurance plans.  If we are unable to submit directly to your insurance company, we will provide you with the appropriate codes for you to submit your claim(s).  It is always best to contact your insurance company to ensure you have durable medical equipment coverage and what your specific plan covers.  We do not guarantee coverage; it is your responsibility to know your coverage.

We currently hold contracts with several major health insurance companies and we are a Medicare provider.
